This photo shows sculptor Al Stinson working on original clay sculpture of True Type Holstein model.
Al is the sculptor responsible for all of our large animal models and our canine models.
Al is reworking and refining the sculpture in preparation for the construction of a new mold.
At the same time we are redesigning the the tail mounting location in preparation for the addition of a tail venipuncture/epidural function. A similar modification has already been made to the Hereford model.
Once the sculpting is completed we will start the molding process which can require several employees over a 2-3 week period.
The tail will be molded separately and then the design and fabrication of the venipuncture/epidural model can begin.
