Not a very good picture of our suture pad(latest prototype). It performed very well when tested by Dr. Emma Read at then University of Calgary Faculty of Veterinary medicine. They will be tested further during OSCE's (Objective Structured Clinical Examinations ) this week. Along with the pads which are approximately 15 cm x 15 cm , we are developing a curved platform to which the pads attach. The curvature causes the incision to open in a realistic manner. Once we confirm their functionality we can begin to produce them for anyone who may be interested.
